- Access Your Setup Guide
Check your email for the installation link, or log in to your portal at portal.getapollo.tv to access download links and setup instructions for all devices.
- Sign In
Open the Apollo TV app and enter the email and password from your welcome email. Your account syncs across all your devices automatically.
- Start Watching
Browse our library of 45,000+ titles, search for your favorites, and start streaming. It's that simple.

Amazon Firestick

- Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options
- Download the "Downloader" app from the Amazon App Store
- Open Downloader and enter the Apollo TV download URL from your portal
- Install the APK, open Apollo TV, and sign in with your credentials
Android TV / Google TV

- Download the "Downloader" app on your Android TV
- Enter the Apollo TV download URL from your portal
- Install the APK and launch Apollo TV
- Sign in with your credentials and start streaming

- Follow the installation guide to download and install the app
- Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
- Trust the Apollo TV certificate

Optimizing Your Experience
Picture Quality Settings
Apollo TV automatically adjusts streaming quality based on your internet speed. For the best experience:
- Use a wired Ethernet connection when possible (especially for 4K)
- Position your device close to your Wi-Fi router
- Close other bandwidth-heavy applications while streaming
- Consider a Wi-Fi 6 router for multiple simultaneous streams
Creating User Profiles
Set up individual profiles for family members. Each profile maintains its own watchlist, viewing history, and recommendations.
Parental Controls
Restrict content by rating to keep kids safe. Access parental controls in the app settings and set a PIN to prevent changes.
