We'll confirm your refund request within 24 hours and process the refund promptly.
- Get Your Money Back
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3-10 business days).
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days (returned to original wallet)
Please note that your bank or payment provider may have additional processing times beyond our control.
After the 7-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 7-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue partial refunds or service credits in certain situations:

- Billing errors or duplicate charges

Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must contact support and request one within the eligible period.
After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until your current subscription period ends.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks take longer to resolve and may result in your account being suspended.
