We Will Never Call You
Apollo Group TV does not make outbound phone calls about renewals. We will never ring to offer a renewal discount, warn that your account is about to be cancelled, or ask for a password, card number, bank transfer or gift card. How to Renew, Step by Step
- Sign in to your account
Go to portal.getapollo.tv and sign in with your existing credentials. Locked out? The login page walks through password resets and the usual sign-in errors.
- Check your expiry date
Your current plan and its expiry date are shown on your subscriptions page. Renewing before that date means no interruption to your streaming.
- Choose your next plan
You are not tied to the plan you had before. Longer terms cost less per month, and you can move up or down freely at renewal.
- Carry on watching
Your credentials do not change when you renew, so there is nothing to reinstall and nothing to sign in to again. Access resumes as soon as payment clears.
Renewal Prices
The same plans and prices apply whether you are renewing or subscribing for the first time. There is no separate renewal rate and no penalty for having lapsed.

If Your Subscription Has Already Expired
Nothing is lost. Renewing an expired account restores it exactly as it was — same credentials, same installed apps, same favourites and profiles. You only lose the ability to stream during the gap. If the app reports an expired subscription while the portal shows an active one, force close the app, clear its cache and sign in again; that refreshes the credentials the app is holding.

How do I renew my Apollo Group TV subscription?
Sign in at portal.getapollo.tv and choose a plan from your subscriptions page. Renewing from inside your account keeps the same credentials, so your apps carry on working and nothing needs reinstalling. You never have to renew through a phone call, a text message or a link somebody sends you.
Will I lose my settings if my subscription lapses?
Renewing an expired account restores it as it was. Your credentials stay the same, the app stays installed and your favourites and profiles are still there. You will simply be unable to stream during the gap between expiry and renewal.
Does Apollo Group TV renew automatically?
Plans are sold for a fixed term — 3, 6, 12 or 24 months — and you renew when you choose to. Check the expiry date on your plan inside the portal so a renewal never catches you by surprise, and renew before that date to avoid an interruption.

Can I renew a subscription I bought from another Apollo website?
No. Several other websites use the Apollo name and are not operated by us. We can only see, renew or refund subscriptions bought through getapollo.tv, and we have no access to accounts held elsewhere. If you are not sure where yours came from, check the email address your original receipt was sent from.
Can I switch to a longer plan when I renew?
Yes. Any plan can be chosen at renewal regardless of what you had before. Longer terms cost less per month, with the 24-month plan working out lowest. Contact support before renewing if you also need to change the number of simultaneous streams.
Renew Only From Your Own Account
The safest renewal is the one you start yourself. Type portal.getapollo.tv into your browser rather than following a link from a message, an email you did not expect, or a search result you have not checked. Our only website is getapollo.tv; other sites using the Apollo name cannot renew your subscription, and paying them buys you nothing we can honour.
