Our Commitment

Apollo Group TV is committed to complying with copyright and related intellectual property laws. We expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through Apollo Group TV infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — Describe where the material you claim is infringing is located on our service, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., URLs, channel names, specific content titles).
3. Your contact information — Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Notices

Submit DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent:

For fastest processing, please submit notices via email. Include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same address as takedown notices. Include "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 48 hours
• Investigate the claim promptly
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if warranted
• Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10-14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Apollo Group TV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.

Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability.

Before submitting a notice, please ensure you have a valid copyright claim and that the use is not authorized or protected by fair use.

Apollo Group TV makes good faith efforts to ensure our service respects intellectual property rights. We work with content owners and rights holders to address concerns and maintain a platform that respects creative work.
