Apollo Group TV is searched for under several names — Apollo TV, ApolloTV, Apollo TV Group, Apollo Streaming — and a number of unaffiliated websites have adopted those names, some describing themselves as the official site. That leaves genuine customers unsure which address is real, and it has been exploited: people have reported phone calls from callers impersonating Apollo support to collect renewal payments.
Rather than ask you to take our word for it, this page publishes the complete list of channels we operate. Anything not on this list is not us.

A phone call about your subscription
We do not make outbound calls. Anyone ringing to offer a renewal discount, warn that your account is about to be cancelled, or take a payment over the phone is not us, however much they appear to know about your account.
A request for your password or card details over a message
Our support team will never ask for your password, full card number, a bank transfer or a gift card by email, phone or Telegram. Payments happen in your account portal and nowhere else.
A domain that is nearly right
Imitations rely on a glance rather than a read: an extra word, a plural, a hyphen, or a different ending after the dot. Read the address in full, left to right, before entering anything.
Download links from somewhere other than your portal
We publish download addresses inside your account portal only. Install codes and download links found on other websites do not come from us, and we cannot support the app they install.
Prices or offers that do not match this site
Our current plans are listed on this website and inside the portal. A free trial, a lifetime plan or a price we do not publish is a sign you are not dealing with Apollo Group TV.
How to Check the Site You Are On
- Read the address bar in full
It should read exactly getapollo.tv, or portal.getapollo.tv for your account. Read the whole thing rather than looking for the word "apollo" — that word appears in every imitation too.
- Type the address instead of following a link
Especially for anything involving payment. A link in a message, an unexpected email or an unchecked search result is the usual way people land somewhere that is not us.
- Check where the email came from
Genuine Apollo Group TV email always ends in @getapollo.tv. Look at the full sender address, not the display name, which anyone can set to anything.
- Start payments from your own account

If You Have Already Subscribed Somewhere Else
We can only see, support, renew or refund subscriptions bought through getapollo.tv. An account created on another website using the Apollo name is outside our system entirely, so we cannot recover it, extend it or issue a refund for it. If you are not sure which you have, check the sender address on your original receipt: ours ends in @getapollo.tv.
