What Every Install Has in Common

Whichever device you use, the shape of the process is the same:

  1. Subscribe and check your email

    Your credentials and setup instructions arrive within minutes of checkout. If nothing appears after 10 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting support.

  2. Open your portal

    Your download address and device-specific instructions live at portal.getapollo.tv. This is the only place we publish them, and they are tied to your account.

  3. Install and sign in

    Enter the email address and password from your welcome email. One account works across every device you install on — see the FAQ for how many streams can run at the same time.

A Note on Where You Download From

We publish download addresses in one place only: your account portal at portal.getapollo.tv, reached from this site, getapollo.tv. Several other websites use the Apollo name and offer their own downloads and install codes. Those are not ours, and we cannot support an app that did not come from your portal.
