How to Install

Follow these steps to get Apollo TV on your iOS device:

1. Subscribe to Apollo TV

   Select your plan and complete the checkout. Your account credentials and setup instructions will arrive via email immediately.

2. Access Your Setup Guide

   Check your email for the installation link, or log in to your portal at portal.getapollo.tv to access the iOS setup instructions and download link.

3. Install the App

   Follow the instructions in your portal to download and install the app. You may need to go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management to trust the certificate.

4. Login and Stream

   Open the app, sign in with your credentials from the welcome email, and start enjoying content anywhere you go.

Why isn't Apollo TV on the App Store?

Apple's App Store has strict policies around streaming applications. After subscribing, you'll receive an email with your download link and installation instructions. Existing subscribers can access this anytime by logging into the customer portal.

Is the iOS app free?

The app download is included with your subscription. You need an active Apollo Group TV subscription to stream content. All plans include iOS app access.

Can I download content for offline viewing?

Select content is available for offline download, perfect for flights or areas with limited connectivity. Look for the download icon on supported titles.
